The Zerene app is your digital assistant to help out during all crucial stages of your Zerene product journey. After purchasing a Zerene kit, the app will be your tool to help you complete a dental impression to receive a custom mouthguard. When the device itself arrives, the app will become your training partner that will guide you through your path to better jaw and sleep health.

With it you’ll be able to view and edit training schedule and intensity, customize device settings, review your data and interactions with the Zerene Coach, and gain a better understanding of your teeth clenching/grinding behavior. The app will manage the training you’ll do with your Zerene device in order to reduce teeth clenching and grinding, so all you have to do is follow the instructions on the screen, wear your Zerene device, and go to sleep!
