It's nice not having to GO somewhere for an appointment. No blocking out the time for the drive, the appointment, no running behind, etc.. Instead I can block out the time for the appointment only & just sit at home or anywhere for the appointment. Plus there was NO issues with connection video or sound much, would have preferred a little louder. Update 2/2026 The only problems the person on the other end sometimes is blurry, or what they say is delayed occasionally has to repeat things.

Audio and video quality is great, whether data or wifi. Unfortunately, when in an appointment, I cannot move my screen anywhere I want and the only place it will go is either the very top or the very bottom on the right side of the screen. It tends to block my providers face. Sometimes my provider and I are both connected to the app but it doesn't connect us together. I've sat in the waiting room, checked in, for 5-10 min and my provider calls and asks where I am. It wastes time and money.

It's pretty reliable, but if I turn my phone sideways it does not rotate the screen so it has to stay right side up which cuts half of my counselors face off and makes the whole thing weird. There is no setting to change that. My actual phone settings are already set to auto rotate so that is not the issue. Also, wifi use on it is not great. I usually have to use data to do my therapy.
