Ratings and reviews

It does what it has to. It's a little confusing for new users, but the app and site do their best to give step by step directions. If you want fixed rate swap, then only a limited num of coins support it. If you go floating rate, you should make sure to pay enough fee for your transaction to go through in time, so that that the volatile altcoin you buy doesn't crash etc.

Have used for about 3 years now without issue, always great rates and very simple process. I recently made a mistake and sent coins to an old expired address, contacted support and within 15 mins they were able to help me recover the coins. That's prompted me to write this review and give them 5 stars for absolutely fantastic service. 👍👍

At least there aren't any sign ups and unnecessary waiting on the website. Fairly easy. Today was my first time using it. No issue. It was a fairly easy transfer from Shakepay wallet to another crypto platform through Simpleswap. Had a lot of trouble using other exchanges especially in Canada. So grateful for this platform.
