It doesn't seem to matter how many different ways I put it in, I can get the right rest time for my supersets. Also, and this really sucks, if you switch to a different app the timer stops. I can't open up my music to change a song during a rest set or it will mess up the whole set. Same thing if you lock your screen. I will probably shop for a better timer.
It's good for circuit training and conditioning, but I was hoping for something I could also use while running. The timer stops if you turn off the screen or leave the app, making it frustrating to impossible for that use.
It would be better if it had a place showing what exercise is next while also showing the current one in larger font. Also it really needs a desktop ability. It's a little annoying to have to create the workouts from my phone.
Solid app. Biggest drawback is that I can't set the volume for my music and the notifications separately so the starting and ending notifications are way too loud. Also it would vastly improve the app if the timer didn't pause when you leave the app (timer pauses when I'm searching for new music ).
Works good, gives you many options per timer. Some features are confusing to set but trial and error gets it sorted out.
In my line of work I don't have the luxury of the gym at hand all the time or full data usage and it works great. Easy and fast to use and plan my HIT workouts
