Ratings and reviews

Generally app is great. However, more & more frequently there are checkout issues where it doesn't successfully complete the order - but it will take the payment from the credit card and any Canadian Tire money anyway. And because the order didn't complete, there's no reference or proof they took your money. Same problem on web. Major Product, Dev & QA fail that's been happening frequently for awhile.

Update: v9.13.1 appears to have fixed the problem. Giving credit where due, the app developers took the problem seriously and fixed it. Used to like the app before, but now like many others can't login. Cleared my data, cache and even reinstalled, nothing helps. And NO I'm not going to call your 1-800 number. This started with the last update, so clearly something got screwed up and you need to go fix it. I can login through the Triangle app, so clearly it's not a problem with my account.

Can't sign into my triangle account anymore to see my wishlist or offers. This is incredibly frustrating. Have to open the browser or the triangle app just to see my offers. On top of that, the vehicle selection works once and never again. Every time I look for car accessories it asks me for a vehicle and never loads the drop down menu to input year make and model. This app used to be so good, but ever since they started spamming me with the triangle select membership it's gone downhill.
