HOW DOES THE CARD WORK?

• You are shopping in Sofia MALL and you will be approached by a promoter with whose help you can register.

• Download the Sofia Mall mobile app from iOS platform and get a loyalty card immediately.

• You continue shopping in marked stores within the mall.

• With the collected receipts, go to the Info Desk, where the receipts are scanned and converted into points.

• After collecting a certain number of loyalty points, you can select and pick up the reward from the Info Desk.

HOW DO VOUCHERS WORK?

• After collecting a certain amount of loyalty points, the customer meets the conditions for booking vouchers.

• The Info Desk employee scans the customer's mobile app or loyalty card and gives the selected voucher to the customer.

• The customer goes to a specific store and uses the selected voucher when shopping.
