Good concept, terrible customer service. Everything was going fine until one day the app says "you have unpaid invoice, can't use the app". So I went through my payments where it clearly says that the payment was successful. Have since contacted the customer service several times by email and phone, sending payment proofs etc. All they do is promise to call back, but it never happens. I have received 0 responses on my 3 emails. Edit: Your response makes me want to put 10 more 1-star reviews

Downloaded app, read all the terms (took me a long time), signed up, received an invoice of 1,99 € which ... you can't pay. The invoice page opens with multiple devices, but there is no button you could click to pay the invoice, nor a bank account number. I contacted their customer support and there's no answer in a week. And now they have the audacity to send me a reminder invoice? What is this?

'Simple registration' :D.. Spent hours... Need to pay to even sign up, onfido verification is the worst ive encountered - too blurry, face not recognized, etc, took 20 photos, now approval takes hours, gmx email doesnt work (skok cant send to it) and very low accessibility of skok in this city. Other services are faster and more accessible.
