Ratings and reviews

I use my earbuds at night for sleep, so I don't like the switch from dark mode to light with no option. Also, all of the button shortcut options are more steps to apply now. I'll be honest, I hate the shortcut options, I change them all to volume down for the left and volume up for the right so I don't accidentally pause/play or skip open up a different app etc. And every so often, the shortcuts reset and I have to go through the steps to change all of them back to volume down and volume up.

The app stopped working well. The EQ does not save, so the custom can't be used. The app hasn't been updated for a year, and the "more features" thing that has said "coming soon" also does not work. Edit: The app still does not work, but customer support did get back to me trying to fix the issue with a bunch of different things I could try. That's why I raised this from 1 to 3 stars.

downloaded the app for my anc 2. was great with lots of different settings and interfaces. opened it the next day. and the only thing on there is the voice controls that it won't let me turn off permanently. can't even control the anc settings. which was the reason for getting this headset. Will be returning if I can't use the feature I bought it for
