I use my earbuds at night for sleep, so I don't like the switch from dark mode to light with no option. Also, all of the button shortcut options are more steps to apply now. I'll be honest, I hate the shortcut options, I change them all to volume down for the left and volume up for the right so I don't accidentally pause/play or skip open up a different app etc. And every so often, the shortcuts reset and I have to go through the steps to change all of them back to volume down and volume up.

The app stopped working well. The EQ does not save, so the custom can't be used. The app hasn't been updated for a year, and the "more features" thing that has said "coming soon" also does not work. Edit: The app still does not work, but customer support did get back to me trying to fix the issue with a bunch of different things I could try. That's why I raised this from 1 to 3 stars.

App won't connect to Method 360 on Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. It sees the headphones, but it perpetually spins when trying to connect. I have cleared cache, cleared data, uninstalled the app, uninstalled the old Skullcandy app, restarted my Bluetooth, restarted my phone, put the earbuds into the case, performed a 6-sec reset on the earbuds. Nothing worked. The voice prompts are so loud they are causing hearing damage. I want to turn the prompt volume down or else I wouldn't care.
