About this app

Sleet Player turns any Android TV device into a managed digital-signage screen. Plug in a TV stick or box, pair it to your Sleet Media account, and play images and video on any display — scheduled, updated, and monitored remotely.

Built for unattended, always-on screens: it launches on boot, recovers on its own after a reboot or crash, and updates silently in the background, so your screens keep playing without anyone touching them.

REQUIRES A SLEET MEDIA ACCOUNT
Sleet Player is a companion app for the Sleet Media signage platform. Playlists, content, and scheduling are managed from your dashboard at app.sleetmedia.com. On first launch the app shows a pairing code and waits to be added to an account. Sign in or sign up at app.sleetmedia.com.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Install Sleet Player on your Android TV device.
2. Open it — a 4-character pairing code appears on screen.
3. In your Sleet Media dashboard, go to Devices → Add device and enter the code.
4. Assign a playlist. Your screen starts playing within seconds.
