Use examples:

- The treating physician can use the app to view current prescriptions or vital charts for their patient in the care facility.

- A relative wants to take their mother out of the senior day care facility the next day because they are planning a spontaneous outing. They can easily notify her via the app using their smartphone.

- An employee of a social care facility wants to request leave and can easily submit the request with slink and wait for approval.

The prerequisite and basis are the master data recorded in Sinfonie for prospective clients, clients, and staff management, as well as information from (care) documentation.

Using slink requires active access data consisting of a user account and a data password. By providing your email address, you can request this data from all social services organizations that work with slink.
