The route shown on the map is missing a number of parts of tje route taken. Thos is disappointing and annoying as I am recording the distance for a charity challenge

If you use a Samsung device, its important to ensure the app is not KILLED/BLOCKED in background. Some manufacturers dont follow Google guidelines and end processes for battery management. The app displays a big dialogue to this with an explanation. That's all I can do. Also, a short test would have made more sense than writing a bad review.

no offline 😔 try to open where low internet network doesn't open . No net app doesn't open . Ever since new update came

Please check the version in the Beta-Channel. The app has been tested against API levels 27-34 (Android 8.1 - 14) with no issues. Offline too. It must be something that comes from your device manufacturer. It's hard to say from a distance. Sorry.
