My husband and I are very happy with Dish Network. We have had Dish for over 20 years. The Hopper is a great service, because we can record shows. As many channels as we have, sometimes there is nothing I want to watch that day. Sometimes there is a lot, I would like to watch. Thanks to Hopper, I can record 2 channels while I watch a 3rd channel. Husband would not be able to watch any of our favorite TV series, if I didn't record it. We also love the pause and rewind, while watching TV

The latest update broke the app. I've gotten used to buffering and stutters, but now there are two main problems: if I try to rewind while watching a DVR recording, it buffers then ends up going *forward* about 90 seconds. Also, when I tap the DVR tab, then select a program, it brings up all instances of that program rather than only what I have on the DVR. I have to select a DVR. Frustrating and annoying.

With both my Wi-Fi turned on and my mobile data turned on, the app will display the message "no internet connection". But when I select an item on a streaming Channel, I can still stream the content. Some of the bonus channels in the channel 90 to 98 range are not available in the app, but are available on my hopper. This app really sucks sometimes. Dish apparently has no interest in making it work right.
