The app is not polished at all, it not even ready for the consumer! Every time I want to buy something it would be sold out. Put a badge on the products that are sold out, or better, don't include them in the app! How you can make an app less ready than this one is beyond me.

Smartbuy has the worst service and overrated I bought a product online:1- Not recieved the product on the mentioned date. 2-Very bad customer service, they kept me on hold for a longtime and promised to deliver the product on the next day but nothing happened 3- They say that they will call back and no one calls back. 4-I asked the customer service guy to call the management and get back to me and keep ignoring all my requests I'll never buy anything again from Smartbuy.

Sorry to say that we had a very bad experience with this store, especially " the customer service " who doesn't have the accuracy and always gives no accurate date for delivery and keeps dishonest with Thier times and dates when you call the customer service.
