Ratings and reviews

I made the payment on 7th November for genius. I was unable to use it due to a bug in the app (that's what they say!). Multiple complaints were raised, emails written, phone calls...Still they could not resolve it. Complaint id's are 516713, 185006 and 497086. They real issue is neither they are refunding the money nor are they able to resolve the issue. Above all, there is no one to contact and no phone numbers available. I would highly recommend NOT to use this genius service or app.

ET Money has gone from a useful investing app to a subscription trap. Almost everything is now behind expensive paywalls, including basic info that was earlier free. "Genius" plans are grossly overpriced with zero risk management. I lost money while the app did nothing except ask me to wait for rebalancing. Worse, investment amount, profit, and XIRR have gone out of sync with KFintech data multiple times in the last 2–3 years. An app that can’t show accurate numbers can’t be trusted with money.

bad customer support, it will be fine untill you are stuck with an issue like me where there rebalancing strategy which cost 399 per month isn't able to execute orders and the response from customer care is there is technical issue with no eta or anything else.. so beware of this
