Ratings and reviews

ETMoney have spoilt a wonderful app into a joke. It's become an e-commerce store. also they charged 999/- to see external funds which is free elsewhere. Then they removed the transaction capability and the website aswell. Now I am not able to import external funds.. Over last 4 days it says "u can resync after 3 days". Seems 3 days never end.. Financial investments are long term and based on trustworthiness which ETMoney have lost.

After updating the app.. I am unable to open & review my existing MF SIPs & details of transactions. for every step -app asking'stop DIY. Select following options. "0" p.m. for regular investment or "399" p.m. with et intelligence..after completing the option also..app denying access to existing SIPs & other transactions. I can't see / open or modify or cancel even a single sip or it's present ( loss or profit) status. ET MONEY is becoming worse day by day .. problem lies in app & not with email

Had an issue with incorrect portfolio value, but the support team handled it very professionally. They guided me step-by-step, identified the issue, and got it fixed with proper follow-up. The UI is very clean and easy to understand, with all necessary features available. Only minor drawback is that detailed portfolio analysis is under Genius subscription. Overall, a reliable and very good app for managing investments.
