Ratings and reviews

I made the payment on 7th November for genius. I was unable to use it due to a bug in the app (that's what they say!). Multiple complaints were raised, emails written, phone calls...Still they could not resolve it. Complaint id's are 516713, 185006 and 497086. They real issue is neither they are refunding the money nor are they able to resolve the issue. Above all, there is no one to contact and no phone numbers available. I would highly recommend NOT to use this genius service or app.

As of today, October 27, my issue remains unresolved. Additionally, the customer service is completely fraudulent because they have no phone number and have not gotten in touch with you—instead, they My last posted message wa "After I posted this message "I cannot set easypay. I already contacted your customer care service but they cannot help me." They called today but the problem is still not resolved. They told me to check after 7 days but did not give any guarantee that it would be fixed."

changing from 5 stars to 1 the product team is really stupid, doing such a big change in app , with no back up. after the app update I am not able to see any of my old investments, they are suddenly gone, there is NO Direct customer support. imagine opening app and seeing all your savings are showing 0. no proper testing done for migration of accounts to new app version.
