Ratings and reviews

I made the payment on 7th November for genius. I was unable to use it due to a bug in the app (that's what they say!). Multiple complaints were raised, emails written, phone calls...Still they could not resolve it. Complaint id's are 516713, 185006 and 497086. They real issue is neither they are refunding the money nor are they able to resolve the issue. Above all, there is no one to contact and no phone numbers available. I would highly recommend NOT to use this genius service or app.

XIRR value seems off again. Please check. Also it has stopped showing for multiple funds. Just because they have been held for a short time, I think you have removed the number. But this doesn't let us understand how the fund would do on annual basis. Please check overall xirr numbers for lifetime and current investments and also for funds where it shows as "NA"

For specifically on latest version/update - it's not good at all, ET money now we can get withdraw option which I appreciate but overall status only but unlike earlier external funds have separate status of day change xirr etc but now nothing even on individual funds, it's like et money is so possessive with their genius subs. If you are not part of then they won't show status of portfolio
