Nothing is working on this website....concerning the chat box. alter policy, demand for an offer, finding my vehicle, and contacting an agent by telephone or email. Smile has serious problems on their/ this website platform...VERY FRUSTRATING. And I am a client ! Auf dieser Website funktioniert nichts... weder der Chat, noch die Änderung der Richtlinien, die Angebotsanfrage oder die Fahrzeugsuche. Auch die Kontaktaufnahme mit einem Mitarbeiter per Telefon oder E-Mail ist unmöglich.

After a bit of back and forth with customer service, here's the problem. The app will automatically chose your language based on your phone but defaults to German without any way to change it. So me, a francophone with an English phone (why ? because I just prefer it) has to do with the German version without being able to switch anything. The worse is that the languages are coded ! Just inaccessible because of some dumb design decision.

The Smile App is available in german, french and italian. You cannot select the language in the app itself it simply takes automatically the language you have in your phone settings.
With the latest app update, you have the option to change the language of the app to french or italian under settings.

I've been emailing repeatedly with no response, the chat bot usually doesn't work, now it finally does I discover how awkward they make it to cancel a policy to reply to their response: "If you still need help, feel free to reach out directly" I have been! Using the email address they provide, and they've been ignoring me! Just reply to my emails
