It was fun at first, thinking you actually earn cashbacks. But several WORKING days since cashout (and it was my first!) request you still dont get it. No responses when you contact them too. Good thing i didnt wait for my cashback to reach thousands to check if this is real. because that would've been a COMPLETE WASTE of time and energy.
Their customer service takes days to respond with queries. Receipt validations takes too long to process that you won't have enough time to snap them again if they get rejected. Also, my profile picture was changed when I didn't initiate the changes myself. I think there are security issues with our user accounts. I hope you will do something about it.
It's like having another rewards card with higher cashback and rewards. Note: You have to tap the screen for a clearer view of the receipt before snapping. Customer service is really helpful, attending to concerns. Thank you Snapcart for providing additional rewards on shopping! 😊 I am waiting for my cashback now to be credited to my bank account.
I'm really thankful for this app. It enables me to earn and redeem load or deposit in my account. Also, they act on my concerns, but may take a while. I just hope they don't reject my receipts frequently "not_readable" if they were really.
I have negative balance on my account more than 2,000 pesos due to technical issue. I don't know where it came from. I contacted the customer support and it's like taking forever. They responded once after 2 days, and I replied the information they needed. Until now I haven't heard anything from them and I still have negative balance. All the receipts I snapped and completed were deducted to the negative balance! Please get back to me and solve this concern.
