Ratings and reviews

The service needs much improvement. The UI is clunky and most importantly, most of the time when you try to book a cab, the app shows no car available. There is a good chance that you may get a cab in second or third chance. My residence is very near to a snape charging station so I see a lot of cars plying near home but I rarely get a booking. Almost always I have to book through Uber. I really tried to my best to use it, but it's almost unusable.

Lack of optimization. Most of the places are not listed in the app. Also, very limited number of cabs to select from. And adding fuel to the fire, of the limited cabs, the cabs will only be selected based on the mood of the driver. If you can overlook the price difference of 5-10 rupees from the other apps out there, I think Uber or OLA are better options.

SnapE provides comfortable cabs at much cheaper rates than Ola/ Uber but 3 major issues: 1. App is not integrated with Google maps do it does not show a lot of locations when searching for them. 2. Since the drivers do not own the vehicle, they drive like they don't care if an accident occurs. Nearly half my rides were rash drivers. 3. Cab availability is low. Even if the driver is willing to travel 2-3 kms to pick me up (which is impossible in other apps), it still takes a lot of time to reach.
