The cab support becomes a complete disaster. The application has also wiped out the past travel history, so if a rider tries to get the invoice, it's a nightmare. I have been sending emails, tried support calls,& contacted through application Help center for the past one week for an invoice. Unsuccessful. Multiple reminders also went in vain. Now, the application login is also failing as OTP not generating. There is more than 3500/- left in my wallet, I don't know how to get a refund/use that.

The app is becoming terrible day by day! First of all, the situation which took place was the app freeze. The app kept frozed and then a page came showing "Pinning Keys Not Found", Internal Server Error". Now today it got resolved but when I am trying to search a pick-up location, a Results text came but no locations came. I don't know why! I tried to logout and then when I signed my ph number and for OTP, no OTP came and clicked Resend OTP, shows error Resend, shows "Server then for OTP,

The most useless app ever it has lots of bugs idk how they have launched it without testing the vehicle tracking system is also very bad never shows the accurate location and most important the driver never ever accepts the booking of short trips like 4-5km they usually look for longer trips the cabs wait time is more I've try atleast 5-6 times then a driver accept but it's very tough to book a Snap-e cabs. I travelled in June. That was my last trip since from then I am not getting a single cab
