Initially I used to like this app. But nowadays this is also showing its true colours like others. From the past few days experience I have noticed that the driver never cares to accept the ride even though they remain available in the near vicinity(2 to 3 minutes away). On complaining about it We rarely got any help from the customer care side as well. The 'schedule ride' feature is simply nonsense. It's just a great show off. And ofcourse The map feature is not to be mentioned about

All this review you see are fake, they pay guys to review them. They are really not reliable. I really hope you don't fall for them. They loot lots of money you will never be able to book from their app someone else will book the cab for you and if you have a bad day like me they will make sure you don't reach the destination on time. I missed my train today just because of them. They charged 600 for a trip of 250. Still they didn't make it to the destination.

One of the best apps in the market. only problem is availability but the price, and the location of the map doesn't remain accurate even after selecting the right one, service of the drivers are really great! Azizar Rahaman was my driver and I had the best experience. Loved it. Need
