Lame update crippling a already crippled e-cab service. 👏To the app developers who unleashed the untested; user unfriendly update on riders and drivers with multiple bigs. Right from installation the app is slow to send the login OTP. Scheduling seems to have disappered as a function; sometimes plain ride booking as well. If only the Snap E team focussed more on fixing the app than posting memes on LinkedIn. The map is flawed; anyone depending on it for pickup or drops is doomed.

All this review you see are fake, they pay guys to review them. They are really not reliable. I really hope you don't fall for them. They loot lots of money you will never be able to book from their app someone else will book the cab for you and if you have a bad day like me they will make sure you don't reach the destination on time. I missed my train today just because of them. They charged 600 for a trip of 250. Still they didn't make it to the destination.

The drivers are not the Issue but the App is. The GPS tracking for thr driver is bad, there is no real time tracking. The app also seems to change the name of the pickup while retaining the pickup location so the drivers get confused and end up going to the wrong location. Please fix the app and how it operates. In the long run it will ruin any reputation this app holds and lead to it's downfall. The more efficient and relicable the app is the better, basic stuff like customer support is absent
