Ratings and reviews

I thought maybe more items would show up using app vs browser. Nope. The 1 star rating is both for the app & the store. I searched multiple items we've purchased from Landers before & all were out of stock. Other times items were shown in stock but after ordering they're reported as out. Landers Cebu is the worst store ever for restocking. We were considering renewing our membership but not worth it. App is extremely slow & search is pitiful, showing wrong items. Uninstalled, AGAIN!

Navigating to the app is too slow. I've also tried to look for a specific item and it will sometimes show items not related to it. Sometimes it will also just look for specific letters (encoded "ensure" but will only pass "en" as the search parameter) Edit: I see that they have improved the UX of product searching

App is very slow. It's a pain to use. Also lags or returns an unrelated item when you try to search for a specific item using the search bar. Takes too much time to shop using the app.
