Ratings and reviews

I’ve almost never completed an order without items being marked out of stock after I already paid. The app should flag unavailable items before checkout, not after. The order rating feature doesn’t work, so feedback goes nowhere. When deliveries are on time it’s fine, but when they’re late, they’re very late with little communication. Unreliable overall.

App sucks! I can access the site nicely but when I attempt to check my digital membership card it keeps on saying that the internet is slow even it is not. It is great that you offer the digital membership card but how will I use it if the app is sucks and not even working!!

Worst app. Barangays are incomplete and confusing to choose from. Then the "You cant find barangay form" requires you to put in your barangay that you cant find and its the same format as the main one you're complaining about 🙄🙈 Told them about it two years ago and they still haven't fixed it and simply removed my area completely.
