Updating my review. it used to be good until last year, and not sure what happened, since they have launched their new app, the old app keeps failing to open. and many people have already complained about this in other reviews. Every time this happens, we need to uninstall and install back the app. This is especially happening since they released a new app. now I have both the apps, and both of them have the same issue. and is the most obvious issue and not sure how they are ignoring it

App is very old fashioned. Boring and complex UI/UX. the credit card management section is very bad. It's too glitchy. Also its very complex to navigate. if i click pay, it directly pays from my account without any pin or password or additional details confirmation. Also, there's no message from HDFC end that they have received my card payment.While other banks have this feature. Please revamp the UI/UX of the whole app. Don't know for the old users, but the gen z isn't gonna like it.

In a nut shell, the app is deteriorating down to ad-hoarding-board. Toooo many pop-ups. Why?? Your customers use this to perform transactions not to opt for your new offering. Even after clicking "Dont show this again", the pop comes back in few seconds. Some pop-up are so annoying that no matter where you click it takes you to " Apply Now" page (outside of the app. Please stop so many pop ups before your consumers start looking for other financial services/banks.
