I am writing to share my experience with the digital Nol card service. While the concept of a digital card is convenient, the current implementation falls short in several key areas. The application frequently experiences issues, such as failing to open altogether. This makes it difficult to rely on the digital card for everyday travel.

I was one of those who was extremely happy about for registering your Nol and then using it instead of carry the Nol card with you all the time. I kept forgetting mine when am rushing out but my phone was always with me. All was well and easy to use. Until after we entered into the new year 2025. My digital card is not recognized on certain buses. Works fine with metro but not buses precisely the bus i take to metro. I have loaded to cloud but still the same. So much for convenience 😐

Great to have option to make Nol Card digital. But lost the option with Galaxy S25 Ultra Please update the app to extend support. [Edit-08032025] RTA replied, that they will add the support for S25, however they did not specify when. We just cannot use Gold Class until then
