Since the last update, the application has not been opening. An error message, "timeout no internet connection," appears, and the widget disappears, which is preventing me from using digital card recharge or checking my balance. I would be grateful if you could fix this issue.

Post the recent update, this app basically has stopped working at all. Network error is what it says every time, even though there is no issue. And why does it need microphone access? Location i understand what's with the microphone. Someone needs to fix this ASAP. Didn't anyone test this app before making it live. Seriously!

The app is not working. It is showing "Loading timed out. Please check your network connection", even though there is no problem with my internet. I have digitalised my nol card and added it to my phone. so I have to use nol pay app to check balance and recharge. but now as the app is not working, I am unable to check my balance. please fix it
