Do not digitalise your existing physical nol card. It will get disabled and you will lose your credit. The digital card will stay in the cloud, and when you try to download it to the device, it will give you an error. Customer support asked to uninstall and reinstall the app and then download the card, but it gives the same error. update : It is working after contacting support. However, this wait and extra hassle is just unnecessary, or the devs must include in instructions about it.

Registration is a waste of time. Opt given is 6 digits but it only requires 4 digit so always getting an error. additionally I'm getting an opt only after 5mins max. Never experience that in other app.

Deeply flawed app. Do not install it under any circumstance. Once a card is added, it's impossible to remove it or change it. Report Lost/Damaged section does not work at all. It asks to "Input Tag ID" when there is no section to input anything and the card is already saved under My Nol Cards. Even though the app mentions that the card can changed at a kiosk, the staff at the Kiosks are unable to do anything and have no idea how to fix the issue. In short, it's a horrendous app.
