Excruciating experience. The app is verey, very slow. Even in menus where you only have to fill some data and proceed, it takes about 2 minutes to load the keyboard. it's a pitty, because in theory, it allows you to interact with your favorite teams. But this is not the kind of interaction you wish for, praying by the phone to be able to perform any action because the app is so, so, so laggy.

If only they had good developers.. You can't Hunt, you can barely bid on Auctions and there's no way to fill up the info to redeem tickets. (I have reported it to support weeks ago) Who's the genius that decided to end 2 ticket Auctions for the same club at the same time? Also, as long as you have the infrastructure to support the traffic at the end of a Auction, so everyone can bid without lagging, there's no need to add extra time, it only makes us spend more, I know this might be the point

I wanted my account and all my data deleted according to GDPR, but they didn't. I still get emails saying they will apply monthly fee. I cannot run the app - it requires update. Update raises an error telling me to contact support. I contacted support, in order to update the app they want many documents and sensitive info which no crypto markets want and if you dont update they threaten to apply fee. Looks like turned int scam saying "Either give us all your sensitive info or we'll charge money"
