SMS Forwarder is a complete SMS messaging app that you can set as your default SMS app on Android.

MANAGE YOUR SMS MESSAGES
• Receive SMS messages in the app and view them on the Messages screen.

• Read received and sent messages.

• Write and send SMS messages to any number or contact in your address book.

• Reply to conversations and delete messages you no longer need.

• Answer incoming calls with a message.

• Receive notifications when you get a new message.

DEFAULT SMS APP
When you open the app, you'll be offered the option to set it as your default SMS app. This allows it to receive, display, send, and delete your messages, as well as answer calls with a quick SMS. You can change your default app at any time from your Android settings.

AUTO FORWARDING (OPTIONAL)
If you enable this feature, the app can forward your received SMS messages to one or more numbers that you configure. It's useful, for example, for not missing messages from a second phone or a SIM card you don't have with you.

• Add destination numbers manually or by choosing them from your contacts.

• Manage the destination list with complete freedom: you can modify or clear it at any time.

• Detects messages that have already been forwarded to prevent loops.

• Diagnostic screen and activity log to verify that everything is working.

PRIVACY
All processing is local on your device. sOCratic does not receive, store, or share copies of your messages. There are no accounts, no ads, and no trackers.

PERMISSIONS
• SMS (receive, read, and send): essential for functioning as your default SMS app, meaning it allows you to see messages, send them, and forward them if you configure it.

• Notifications: to alert you when a new message arrives.

• The app does NOT request access to your contacts: to choose a recipient, the system's contact selector opens, which only displays the number you selected.

Only use this app with phone numbers and messages for which you have authorization.
