I used to really love this app, but after the rebrand to Orsa, processing times for some transactions are so delayed that it's become useless for tracking my purchases/available funds. Items that used to show as "pending," don't show up at all for days on end. Very frustrating, as I know they used to be able to show these same transactions to me without a problem.

I find the name change confusing and feel the marketing is a little disjointed. Other members in my age group, early retirees, that I've spoken with feel the same. The expectation is banks will be steady and reliable. everything from the lowercase name to the colors are really non-traditional and sort of jarring. That said the new subscription app is very welcome. I've been unable to use other 3rd party apps because they weren't compatible with the credit union app. Thank you.

I do not like the updated app. No option to save password on log in, so I have to sign in with my password each time. I hate the new way that it displays information - it just looks really busy, and everything is hard to read. Text is small and condensed. I miss the old app and I hate this update. Nothing was wrong with the old application. Hate this.
