Starting up/opening an account: no information about my account, account features, CU features. It's been nearly a week and a dozen contact attempts: I still can't get anyone to tell me my account number, even through a secured message as I was instructed to do. No printable direct deposit form from the online account access. I was never given any information or an option to order checks when I opened the account at a branch. The rep was pleasant but not knowledgeable. The app is minimalistic.

I am a career first responder and I absolutely love these people they will do whatever it takes to take care of their customers well done. The app works poorly with slow load times.

My Samsung S10e (2019) has been a great phone, I don't want to buy a new one, so it's frustrating to find out today that with this most recent app update my phone's no longer compatible with it. It feels like a conspiracy LOL, but also not LOL, because it's coercion... Maybe I can still get into my accounts from the bank's website.
