Tabak turns a photo of your plate into a calorie and macro entry in your food diary.
Point the camera at your meal: Tabak recognizes the dish and estimates its calories, protein, carbs and fat in seconds. The result is an editable list — rename the dish, adjust the portion and grams, remove or add ingredients. You stay in control.
SNAP, READ, LOG
• Plate: photograph a whole meal and get the dish with an ingredient breakdown.
• Product label: read energy, protein, carbs, sugar, fat, saturated fat and salt from a nutrition table — per 100 g/ml, per serving or per package.
• Photos from your library work too.

Tabak calculates your daily calorie goal from your height, weight, age, sex, activity level and the pace you choose. Override the number or the macro split any time.
HONEST ABOUT THE NUMBERS
Calories from a photo are estimates: a photo cannot weigh a portion. Tabak is not a medical device and does not give medical advice.
PRIVACY
Your diary, weight and water log stay on your device. When you scan a plate or a label, and only after you agree in the app, that one image is sent to Tabak's server and on to a third-party AI service (OpenAI) to be read. Tabak does not keep the photo; OpenAI states it may keep API data for up to 30 days solely to detect abuse. Subscriptions are handled with RevenueCat. An account is optional. No ads and no tracking. You can export your data, or delete your account and device data, in the app.
FREE AND PREMIUM
Free: 3 photo readings a day — everything else is included.
Premium: up to 20 photo readings a day (plate and label). New subscribers can try Premium free for 7 days.
SUBSCRIPTION
Tabak Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
