My EG4 24k hybrid mini split instructions referred me to this app. It doesn't work very well. I was able to connect easily but it only controls the same basic functions that are on the remote control. I like that it shows PV and AC inputs. The scheduling and Auto mode does not work. Even though I have on and off times set, it does not turn on at the set time. I have to manually turn the system on, but it does turn off though. App needs improvement and Auto mode should work to control temp

Not a very good app. What modern day AC unit doesn't allow you to set the temperature in the schedule function? Scheduling is only on and off only. You can't ask it to turn the temperature down when you are away and up right before you get home. Always switches to Celcius no matter how many times I change it to F. Only one person can have access to the minisplit. If someone else signs on it will kick the other person off.

I have this app for my mini split in my apartment. woke up today to turn on the heat and the device is unpaired. Now it refuses to pair scanning the QR code. my landlord is out of town and he has the remote. It's winter. I hope this company gets sued!
