I had my inverter replaced due to it being defective. Since then, my app is not working properly. It says that I'm producing power but no updates for this month at all. And I keep getting "data unavailable " messages. SolarEdge Support is absolutely no help! Pointless to have an app that doesn't function as it should. Yes, I have un-installed and reinstalled the app and made sure it was up-to-date. I would give it ZERO stars if I could! Update: Days later, still nothing working correctly!

App will not load past login screen. After logging in, the app is stuck on a wheel that keeps spinning. Reset password and also Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it is still not working. Cleared cache and data and will not load. Not working on my Android phone but tested on iPhone and it is working ok the iPhone. Please fix update for Android

Are you going to fix this ?? I have used your inverter and the phone app for 5 years. The inverter and app worked well. Somehow this week your new app loaded on my phone and it is horrible. Can I gain access to your old app ????? this would solve my issues. The new app has the following issues: The app requires 3 steps to log in - the old app only required a click on the icon to start 1st page of your app gives useless pictures- I do not need to be told the weather. the 5 year history is gone
