Waste of time that ended up costing me euro 50 vat refund. I had a longish receipt and they kept rejecting it as illegible. I submitted several times and ended up figuring out how to submit a panorama photo of the receipt. That one was legible for sure; I checked. Still rejected! I will be deleting the app and go back to standing 20 minutes in line at the store for the de-tax; faster and more reliable.

good app, the bar code on the phone works perfectly with the machines at the douane. 2 things to improve: 1) the buttons at the bottom are often covered by the phone default menus (android, Samsung) and they are difficult to click. 2) the camera has trouble taking a clear picture of the documents, it doesn't focus properly.

Got my refund on time without any issue! I managed to create my account with ease and they processed my bill without any hassle. After about 3 weeks I received the refund to my Revolut account. But you guys really need to improve your customer service and communication, as I sent you several emails to clear up a confusion I had at the beginning of the account set up, but your company never replied to any of them. That was the only negative experience, and a very significant one you need to fix!
