This app is much better than the Transit app; the UI/UX is significantly improved. While it could use some minor tweaks, I've experienced crashes, particularly after booking a ride. I definitely recommend this app and suggest people stop using Transit. Also, you don't earn rewards through EZFARE in MyMetro. With the Transit app, they "refund" you $2.50-$10.00 per week! Use MyMetro to schedule rides and Transit for payments to earn rewards.

Can't get it to hell me remember my password through my email, and can't figure out what they set it to. I have my ID in front of me

I hope the glitches on app will be updated soon. Just called and metro prefers calls instead of online.
