Ratings and reviews

Even after contacting Sortly to try and resolve some issues privately, they were unable to work with us so I'm sharing those same thoughts publicly. I cannot recommend this product- it is clunky, does integrate with other ubiquitous products like Shopify, and is a glorified spread sheet. We used this product for home staging so there are a lot of ins and outs all the time- this app can't keep up. It's expensive and absolutely not worth the resource investment.

I purchased this app as a home user for my extensive collections and belongings, such as books, toys, barbies, liquor, glass, china, etc... This app is very easy to use. As of Jan 2019, pictures still disappear and you cannot enter a book by scan or isbn (and yes, we know pro does, but I dont have a business). As an individual wanting to be more organized, I would give this app 4 stars if the pics didn't constantly disappear and it would be 5 stars if books could be entered by ISBN or scan.

I started with app in 2018. I was very happy with this product all these years. Then they sent me a email that my cost was going up 357%! Almost $1,100 more per year! When I reached out to customer service, I received a generic response and no consideration for being a long-standing customer. I had to downgrade my services, and I'm still paying more. I understand that costs have gone up, but this price increase is ridiculous. I'll be looking into alternatives.
