Ratings and reviews

I'm on the fence about this card. I use tap & pay for most of my transactions. However, this card is hit or miss whether the transaction is approved or declined. I couldn't use it at the dollar store. Luckily, I have other means of paying that work every time with tap & pay. Sending money can be hit or miss as well. Tried sending someone money, and this card kept blocking it. No one should have to worry whether or not their transaction is going to go through when they know the funds are there.

I love my Sparrow card. It is helping me to build my credit score up, while also giving me rewards for each payment I make. And also I love that their mobile app works great. I haven't had any issues logging in. And making my payments are quick and easy. To me, the mobile app working so great, is a nice change from some cards that tell you to download their app, and then it never lets you register. So I don't see any statements, and have to call to make payments, or need help with something.

I planned to close this card but fell in love with the company. I'd made an error with my payment, I have 13 credit cards and the payments all come from one account. I'd forgotten that my Sparrow was linked to a separate checking account that I use for online purchases so I forgot to transfer the funds for payment. Sparrow emailed to let me know my payment didn't process and I was able to transfer the funds right away and resubmit payment, I still have a 100% payments with all cards! Score ⬆
