Ratings and reviews

I cannot even get started. I launch the app, enter the mobile number, enter the code it sends, and it tells me the code is wrong, every time. The app finally fails by saying "...Something went wrong, try again later." Uninstalling and reinstalling does no good. Oh, hooray, the website is a mirror image of the app and vice versa and I can get in through there. Sheesh.

I love my Sparrow card. It is helping me to build my credit score up, while also giving me rewards for each payment I make. And also I love that their mobile app works great. I haven't had any issues logging in. And making my payments are quick and easy. To me, the mobile app working so great, is a nice change from some cards that tell you to download their app, and then it never lets you register. So I don't see any statements, and have to call to make payments, or need help with something.

Tried to access my virtual card to use prior to getting the physical card. It just gives the last 4 numbers and when you click on the arrow it just spins, it doesn't show entire number. Called customer service, all they said was to uninstall/reinstall- still didn't work. Stated they would contact IT and email me, but reading reviews it's an ongoing issue.
