About this app

Operator by Wafian is the companion app for event organizers and their door staff. Run your gates, sell at the entrance, and keep every ticket verified, all from the phone already in your pocket.

Scan at the Gate
Validate tickets in seconds with the built-in QR scanner. Pick your event and gate, and the app tells you exactly where you stand: whether the scanner is ready, when gates open, or when a gate has closed for the night.

Sell on the Spot
Walk-ups are covered. Browse your live events, pick ticket types, set quantities, and see real-time availability as you go. No separate terminal, no paper list.

Always the Right Total
Every amount comes straight from the server: subtotal, service fee, and the exact total to collect. Nothing is estimated on the device, so what you charge always matches what gets booked.

One Login, Every Event
Your events, gates, and ticket types stay in sync automatically. Sign in once and your whole schedule is there, updating as your organizer team makes changes.
