It is a terrible app if you want to use it for free. It is impossible to get out of the temu ad loop or several of the games that don't provide any exit to the ad. Forcing stop in android will not reset the ad. Restarting my cell several times until a closeable ad comes up is the only way to access through a wifi signal when away. sometimes it takes 20 minutes. If you pay a subscription fee ( which I find expensive) ads can be turned off. It never used to be this way.

UPDATE: What happened? March 2026. I can't even open the app without an elongated ad! This has become unusable! Terrible! I can't even access the video feeds without a 10 second ad. Absolutely ridiculous when I've already bought the entire system! Old review: I like the app but how come there is no option to do playback in 2x or faster in the app? Annoying and ridiculous for a video monitoring system.

This is no longer a good app. Unfortunately the company has turned greedy and requires users to wait through annoying ads. Imagine needing to see who's outside your home and can't bring up the camera view! The ads are a terrible idea. The company profited when I bought the system. I picked their system because it doesn't require a subscription. Now I'm considering a different system that has a better app and performance.
