I paid for the camera and have to have the app for the camera to be usable, so why is an ad free version of the app also something I have to pay extra for? the ads are also the most annoying kind where they give you 3 in sequence and if you try to x out of any of them the X will bring you to a website to purchase something. Terrible. Furthermore, the app shows me a picture of movement, but won't even give me 3 seconds of a video recording from the same day w/out an additional cloud paid version.

Bombarded with ads you can't close. Reopening app gives another ad. I should be able to access my home cameras without ads, since this is the app for the system I paid for. Also, now when I watch live view of 4 cameras lined up so I can see consecutive action, all cameras are running at different times in this app. Instead of action continuing into the next camera view, it never appears. Tapping on another cam view, it eventually appears at rapid speed so you still can't tell what's happening.

It is a terrible app if you want to use it for free. It is impossible to get out of the temu ad loop or several of the games that don't provide any exit to the ad. Forcing stop in android will not reset the ad. Restarting my cell several times until a closeable ad comes up is the only way to access through a wifi signal when away. sometimes it takes 20 minutes. If you pay a subscription fee ( which I find expensive) ads can be turned off. It never used to be this way.
