You should write as "what's new" that now the Playback option and the phone's back button don't work anymore. When I want to play it back, it doesn't accept the time, and can't find the records. This application was always painful to use, but now it's useless. Why do you apply an update, what makes things worse? You should advertise your camera set as a great system with crap accessories. The application is NECESSARY for using this system effectively, so please fix it.
Just purchased 4 camera security system 2 weeks ago. Everything worked great for about 4 days then started having issues with system. Lost 3 camera connections then all 4 off and on but was still getting notifications from app. Guys I brought system from came back out and gave me another NVR, cameras, and hard drive. Basically another new system. And as if right now I haven't had a single issue, even app works great again and connects to cloud the first time every time. Will update progress of app after another 2 weeks or so. But right now I've very satisfied.......
Had the app just over a week, all worked fine until yesterday, and now just get loading, which then freezes, when trying to log on to the cameras. Very frustrating app.

Where is the technical team ? Your apps stopped working and everybody is complaining. Do not you see . Fix it and get right.
It still is not working it is ridiculous it used to work now it doesnt its just a black screen and crushes waste of time
