WHAT YOU NEED TO USE THIS APP
Available programming depends on your Spectrum TV package. Some programming is available only when connected to your home Spectrum Internet service. A Spectrum TV subscription, username and password are required to sign in.

Ratings and reviews

Excited, but needs more enhancement. The app is only been released recently so take that with a grain of salt all you knocking a brand-new app. It's been so long waiting for a Spectrum App for a Google TV. Thank you to the powers that be for getting this developed. That being said, it seems very bright without controls over video mode i.e. Movie vs Sports etc. I'm still stoked I don't have to Chromecast from my phone or laptop to my TV anymore. It's a 3.75 out of 5 for now, one my TV at least.

we prayed for times like these. I have seven chromecasts in my house and one Apple TV and the app runs perfectly fine on my 4K Chromecast. the app is on par with the Apple TV experience with runs on much better Hardware. if you have a legit first party Google Chromecast device it should work it will probably run really well on an Nvidia Shield too but I would not trust a random Google Android setup box. I live in Los Angeles and you need to make sure that your Chromecast is on the same Wi-Fi as a spectrum router otherwise you might not be able to watch local channels.

FIRE EVERYONE who thought this was acceptable. Take paychecks BACK from ANYONE who wanted Text to Speech. Obviously not good at anything because if they were they'd realize hiding passwords is meaningless when the voice SAYS THE PASSWORD OUT LOUD! My remote has a QWERTY keyboard anyways. PLUS, I type my password and the app says no, but it works on my phone. Just copy Comcast.
