App is buggy, couldn't fetch account info from Singpass. When trying to add patient info, I could not upload photo/document a couple of times. Had to redo couple times.

it seems that the platform doesn't provide an mc anymore. I doesn't indicate this before you make a call and pay the money. furthermore, it is difficult to contact thier help line.

Impossible to add baby as patient for baby vaccinations. Keeps asking for number and email, even though indicated as optional. Singpass sign in doesn't work too.
