The navigation doesn't take you to the correct address. It only takes you to the approximate area and is off by 2 blocks, and you are stuck looking for the correct address. App runs slow in posting pictures, and the scanning pulls alot of power. talk about battery drainage, have to use a external battery just to scan. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM

Step is nice. Updates are needed a plenty. 1-App cannot optimize east to west or vice versa). 2-Corrupted pics dozens of times per day. 3-update the camera. Pics from distance are blurry and I have several claims due to it being blurry. 4-make the parcel numbers bigger. I'm old. Red is hard to see!

Trying to log into your app and it's coming back that my phone number is incorrect and when I try to sign up it says my number is already in use. So I request to reset my password and it sends me a code and when I enter the code it says the code is incorrect. over and over and over again.
