About this app

The My Telcel app is the easiest way to top up your balance, make payments, purchase data packages, and manage your line's services without having to visit a Customer Service Center. It's available to all our customers with a compatible GSM device.

Download it, use it, and save time.

Once you download it, register to access all its features. If you're not yet registered, you can use My Telcel to top up your balance and check your data usage.

Do you have a postpaid plan?

On the "Home" screen, you'll find the most relevant information about your line; check your balance and payment due date.

In the "Usage" section, view your Interactive Statement, pay your bill with a credit or debit card, and download your previous statements.

In the "Services" section, you can add or remove additional services for your line.

In the "Packages" section, you can purchase internet packages, travel packages abroad, and send mobile top-ups to friends and family using a credit or debit card.

Do you have a Telcel Amigo plan?

In the "Home" section, we show you the most relevant information about your line. You can purchase internet packages and unlimited Amigo plans, and if you already have one, we'll tell you which one it is and the available data. Check your balance details and top up using a credit or debit card.

In the "Services" section, you can view your Telcel subscriptions.

In the "Packages" section, you can also top up your balance and purchase internet packages.

I've used telcel for 8 years, every single month a bill is due, I know it's going to take me anywhere from 30 minutes to days to pay my bill because how broken their app and website is. honestly you want to make it as easy as possible to take money from your customers, and it seems like they try to make it as hard as possible to pay your bill. horrible customer service, the worst application of technology, no business sense.

Never Works, the services are always down and causes to crash. And cant rely on the website because was built with so many bugs. If you want an application that just waste your time, battery and memory, this is the one. Complete waste of an app, and sadly the only other way to manage your account is via their website and that even worst. Cant believe they would release this to the public.

It's the worst app I've tried, 90% of the time when you open it doesn't connect. it will ask you to reconnect later on. if I can give a negative 5 stars I will do that.
