Horrible purchase experience and worst after sales support. I've been waiting for 6 days after vehicle delivery for a simple fastag activation (5 mins work),but they r still not able to do it. Copy paste response on app and mail, no escalation mechanism. Purchase experience was also below average and spare key not handed over. Now they will courier it (god knows when) . No one explained the purchase process properly and I had to follow up on everything. Highly pathetic service, don't recommend.

Defective car sold which broke down twice due within 3 months of purchase due to same issue. Now I have to pay because apparently selling a car with defective parts is not covered under warranty. 200 check points are mentioned, but that is just a tick mark without any actual inspection. The servicing part is horrible as well. There is no proper tracking of pickup and servicing status.

All their offers are misleading, after you book the test drive they increase the price. It was a very bad experience. one executive called up and confirmed that they will match it with the offer as I shared them the screenshot and after a while another executive called up and said you have to pay more 8K extra and since I didn't agree to them they cancelled my booking.
