Very polite only till the vehicle is bought. After buying, the customer care/ concerned people are very rude. I recently bought a car and faced some issues. Hence I raised the issue and they picked up the car to service center. Now they are telling they lost the key and the delivery of the car will be delayed due to this. When reported this, the customer care service is useless as they redirected the issue to the same person who told me that they lost the key. Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy

I bought a Wagon R from Spinny a week ago. Within 2 days, I noticed engine noise and a turbo steering issue. I raised tickets and a 5-day return request. Spinny said they would pick up the car to fix the issues, but no one came. Since then, I’ve only received generic email updates like “we’re following up” or “escalating the ticket.” When I was buying the car, the team was constantly in touch. Now, there's zero action. Very polite only till the vehicle is bought. After buying they dont even care about the car issue. I recently bought a car and within a month AC stop working. I raised a concern they told that they will send someone to pickup but nobody came I myself dropped the car at the hub to resolve the issue and even after 2 days I don't know the status of my car. Nobody contacting and the calling numbers are saying this is not our department. Don't whom to contact who is the service manager no contact.
