Ratings and reviews

This is very disappointing. Despite booking a test drive two days ago and confirming my availability multiple times, the appointment was canceled by Spinny with just 40 minutes notice, and only after I repeatedly followed up. No one from the team contacted me. I made a significant effort to clear my busy schedule for this, and this experience reflects poorly on how Spinny values its potential customers.

Basic thing does not work in the app. My mobile number starts with "91", but the login page doesn't allow to enter number starting with 91 as it considers that to be the code. This is ridiculous. Who are the developers behind this application? And who has created such a poor and impractical requirement? Such a shame spinny that you don't even have basic login functionality handling done here!

They evaluated my car that is in good condition and still has more than 6½ years left on its 15‑year registration. They offered me *₹1.60 lakh*, while the market value for a similar vehicle ranges from *₹2.75 lakh to ₹3.00 lakh*. In fact, I have seen comparable cars being sold for *over ₹3 lakh* at their platform. This lowball offer was a disappointing experience. Will never recommend it to anyone and will never ever use it again. Such a wasteful experience.
