1. Employee Login & Machine Connection
Operators securely log in to the app, ensuring accountability and traceability. Each session is tied to specific machines, enabling clear association between user, machine, and production activity.

2. SKU Selection via API Integration
The app fetches live SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) data through API calls to the TCSiON system. This eliminates manual entry errors and ensures that operators are always working with the latest item master data.

3. Real-Time Sheet Weight Capture
Integrated with industrial weighing scales using IoT modules, the app captures sheet weight directly at the source—accurately and in real time. This ensures precision in production logs and reduces manual dependency.

4. Barcode Printing & Rejection Handling
As soon as a sheet is weighed, the system auto-generates and prints a barcode label with key details. If a sheet is rejected, it is logged immediately, maintaining data integrity and enabling quick decisions.

5. Bundling & Production Forecasting
Sheets are grouped into bundles based on production parameters. The app supports intelligent bundling logic and forecasting tools to help optimize downstream processes such as dispatch planning and inventory control.

6. Final Bundle Data Sync with TCSiON
Once a bundle is finalized, its complete traceability data—weights, SKUs, operator details, and more—is pushed to the TCSiON platform. This ensures readiness for invoicing and accurate ERP reporting.
