Broadway in Kansas City is excited to introduce a new app for our eClub members and season subscribers. Your phone is now your ticket to enter the Music Hall and Kauffman Center for the best of Broadway. In addition to housing your digital tickets, this app allows you to access show updates, purchase tickets for upcoming shows, and prepare for your performances with parking information, directions, and FAQs. Season subscribers can also exchange dates, upgrade seats, or transfer their tickets to family or friends directly within the app.

Ratings and reviews

Constant Errors I get a constant pop-up that the app has stopped responding but I can tap "Wait" and continue with what I'm doing for another few seconds before it pops up again. It's like it's not really having issues but seems to think it does, but it's insanely annoying. I can eventually get to my tickets but, like I said, insanely annoying.

The app is not very intuitive and has many bugs when navigating. It's honestly frustrating to use.

Every time I try to open it I get an error message and nothing happens.
