life changing. don't give up and have the crazy chaotic thoughts and eventually it will help calm the mind. It doesn't happen quick so don't give up on the app if you still feel crazy after the first month. Just keep trying and find sessions that can keep you focused and interest you. I've had it about a year now and between the amazing sessions offered and the music... I really appreciate having this app in my life.

I really like this app for the guided sleep meditations. I use it all the time, especially when I wake up in the middle of the night. Usually I go to the recent meditations and scroll down to the one I want, but it just changed to a side scrolling list at the top of the screen. This was especially confusing at 3 a.m. trying to find my normal meditation. Now, I can't see as many of my meditations at once and the titles are cut off. Please change it back.
