this is hands down the WORST banking app I have ever used. More times than not there were "technical difficulties " or as the app opened it would say it couldn't verify my credentials, even though nothing had been entered in yet. I would NOT recommend this app at all

I am 73 yrs. old and have found this very easy to use. I understand everything going on and if I have a problem all I have to do is call the bank. wonderful service!
