controls are abysmal. every battle feels about the same because there's essentially only one type of stage so the strategy functionally doesn't change. the game is trying to be competitive but abilities use vague terms like "greatly" or "low" so it's difficult to discern what actually is the strongest. currency to pull new abilities from the gacha is virtually non existent after you get done with the intro battle pass and quests.

The game itself is a fun, light, simple moba where you play as FF characters along with other people, and it's fun when you can ACTUALLY play it. HOWEVER, the half the time the game screen goes black whenever you queue in, continues to play the music, and then takes your ranked points for "disconnecting." I haven't found and consistent way to fix this so I'm constantly getting in trouble because the game dies. you have to completely restart to get it to work and then it'll just catch again

In short, it's a boring, buggy waste of time. As a big Dissidia fan, I'm very disappointed in this game. The battle pass is a scam, just moving around the menus on the title screen is buggy and slow, the combat is basically whoever paid for the tickets to get the skills more, and there are many more issues. I am hoping for a reduction in the cost to unlock skills and free characters in the game soon, but I won't hold my breath.
