It's a decent mobile game all things considered. I've been playing on and off since launch and the powercreep feels really bad lately. They also still haven't put the basic function of repeating a map on auto battle as a standard feature, instead leaving it behind the pay wall as the only impactful incentive to stay subscribed consistently. That said, most new units are only about as strong as the ones I put all of my work into and my core team hasn't changed for years. Fun on the go at least.

Yr 2 player losing interest. Not a fan of where the game is heading. Description keeps piling up to the point where you need to rely on guides rather than learning from yourself. I was happy when units had 2-4 effects, it was easy to understand and math was simple. I believe newcomers would like a game that can be easily understood but I don't see any newer long-lasting player staying. If your new players & want to get into this game, I'd recommend you to memorize all of the effects in Gamepedia

Frankly, this game is starting to fall into all of the issues of an aging gacha game; difficult for newcomers due to insane levels of powercreep (which has become much more prevelant recently) and the mountains of text describing what every effect and skill does down the minute details, despite having made names for many of these effects. Old players are leaving for the same reasons, and many of the current gamemodes have become a chore that I actively despise. I'm only staying to see it end.
