Very easy and useful usually. Recently displays usage and payment data from past to present which is odd. I can't find a way to change it back. Also like other reviews, it no longer gives low power warning, for last 3 months, I don't get notifications from app. I received only payment notification by text but not from app and low power warning comes only thru app. Please fix this, thank you.

I am not a fan of this app at all! After getting a little behind on our monthly bill we switch to mpower which was supposed to make life a little bit easier, and I did but it didn't. It's wonderful that they allow you to pay off an accrued debt through mpower, however the app has a lot of glitches that may charge you multiple times when you only hit submit once. this the current issue we have right now. Hit submit one time, and it charged me five times! No power at all for a week now!

Push notifications don't work for me anymore. I don't know if it's the m power box at my new address, but it worked just perfectly up until I moved. The electricity shuts off if I don't monitor it every few days. I'll get texts after I have l make a payment, but no other texts and no push notifications about anything. I've reinstalled it a few times. I'm starting to wonder if it's the box.
