Keep doing the great job! Here are some issues I have on the all. 1. There isn't a clear way to update your phone numbers. 2. When registering as a new account, the scanning procedure is almost unbearable and lacking accuracy. 3. Unavailable options that keep saying "coming soon!". It's been years. 4. Dark theme 5. Clearer instructions when buying cards and how to redeem them.

one of the worst applications I have ever dealt with, I have been trying to update my documents on it, and it always rejects the scans, I have tried that with more than 5 phones under perfect conditions and still rejecting the scanning. I have contacted the customer service, and they said they would call me back, but they never did. Extraordinary bad service. I am deleting this bad app

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. I've been trying to get it to work for over a month now. Initially, I thought the issue was because I didn't have my national ID, but even after obtaining it, the app still failed. I also tried using my passport and driver's license, but none of them worked.The automatic capturing feature is incredibly frustrating. It takes pictures too quickly, making it impossible to position the ID or the phone correctly. As a result, the images are always blurr
